Bernie Orglmeister is the President and Owner of eBernie, Inc. He is a hands-on strategist with 18 years experience in managing and delivering IT services, project management and complex implementations requiring coordination of multiple vendors and resources. In 2007 Bernie was presented with the opportunity to launch his own IT consulting firm to service a global client. He hasn’t looked back.

About Us

Bernie Orglmeister

Bernie leads the strategic initiatives of eBernie, Inc. while remaining at the forefront of client services and new technology initiatives. His ultimate goal is to develop and implement Information Technology (“IT”) best practices for clients.

Bernie began his career in IT with Booz•Allen & Hamilton, Inc. and then moved into in-house positions within law firms where he stayed for 13 years, nine of which were spent as Director. The law firms he worked for include: Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads, LLP; Tomar, O’Brien, Kaplan, Jacoby & Graziano; and Dilworth Paxson LLP. In these roles Bernie managed the deployment of cutting edge technologies while maintaining oversight of all IT operations across multi-office locations.

He then launched eBernie, Inc. in 2007 with a global telecommunications conglomerate as the firm’s first client. Bernie managed the email and desktop migration for the client’s 10,000 users. Today, eBernie, Inc. provides IT consulting services to a variety of businesses as well as home computer users.

Key project successes include managing the Local/Wide Area Network design in large corporate environments and professional services firms; overseeing domestic and international teams and operation; and setting up the IT infrastructure of small businesses while handling ongoing support needs.

Bernie is a Board member of the local Thorndale Rotary Club. He received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Management Information Systems from St. Joseph’s University. His multi-language capabilities include English, Portuguese, German and Spanish.

Susan Dykas

Susan provides clients of eBernie, Inc. with interactive marketing and brand management services. She has 16 years experience in providing in-house and consulting services in marketing communications, brand management, direct mail (Web and print), public relations, event planning, business development and project management. She is a roll-up-the-sleeves and get-the-job-done professional who is willing and able to handle the tactical efforts while also preparing and initiating strategic plans.

Susan received her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, with a concentration in Marketing, from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She is a member of the Philadelphia American Marketing Association and volunteers on the Programming Committee.
