LeTip Chester County East, the premier, referral networking group of Chester County, held another great meeting on Tuesday. We had 6 guests! W. Marshall Pearson, Wills and Estates attorney who came back for a 2nd visit; Rob Nudy and Adam Timar of Eagle Collision; Ed Sullivan of Fleetway Capital; and Adel L. Ducine and Lynnette Suzadail of National Penn Bank.
The following is a summary of our speaker’s presentation: SPEAKERS: Teri West of Superior Home Mortgage Teri helps home buyers get the best mortgage deals – and now is the best time ever to take a look. Teri’s company is now offering local businesses with workshops called Employee’s First, a program in which the employer enrolls its employees to benefit them by offering discounts on participating Home Depot, Lowes, etc. The program also exposes the employees to Superior’s mortgage originators experience through workshops which helps them make good decisions when taking on a mortgage and also reduces their closing costs. Good leads for Teri are HR managers who would make the decision to schedule these workshops. QUALIFIED TIPS CIRCULATED: 17 tips total! (6 inside, 11 outside). Go Tippers!
