SPEAKERS: Martin Ritter (General Contracting and Historical Preservation) and Gary Siano of NEXT Financial Group (West Chester Financial Planner).
1st Speaker: Martin is our only General Contractor, Custom and Historical Preservation specialist. Common across all his projects is Martin’s ability to problem solve and communicate to his clients. He also works directly with architects, engineers and designers to get the job done – artfully yet efficiently. A good lead is a customer with a historical renovation or repair -- or a highly detailed, home restoration project or addition.
2nd Speaker: Gary was named – for the 2nd year in a row - in an independent survey by Philadelphia Magazine as a “5-Star Wealth Manager” in the region. He is listed and pictured in the November 2010 issue. Congratulations Gary! A good lead are retired individuals who would like to invest their money or people who have been laid off and need to rollover their 401k plans.

1st Speaker: Scott B. spoke about Indoor Air Quality. Anyone with concerns about the air that they breathe at work or at home is a perfect lead for Scott.
