1st Speaker:  Mark discussed his commercial services which include snow and ice control. A key component to the Burkholder difference is its Account Managers. Along with monitoring the crews to assure that quality standards are met, the designated Account Manager will proactively monitor the property and raise any issues. A good lead is an apartment complex or a shopping center.

2^nd Speaker:  Greg shared the different levels of Web-based engagement with your target audience. SEO or links to your site from other websites is the start. Design needs to be pleasing and catchy and Content needs to be compelling. Social Media and Newsletter links allow a prospect to follow and get regular updates. Contact forms and phone numbers lead to new clients. A good lead is any small business or non-profit.

1st Speaker:  Sue B. can work with any company, school or sports organization to create an on-line store displaying customized items with a logo or theme. Employees, students, members would be able to order products directly from a special link. Payments can be made via credit card through a secure network, or they can download the order form and mail it in with payment by check. 2^nd Speaker:  Susan D. introduced a new solution for business leaders who find it important to be in sync with Outlook in real time, thanks to hosted Mobility for hosted Exchange. Whether BlackBerry, iPhone or Android user, business owners can keep their emails, calendar, contacts and tasks at hand. The real-time wireless synchronization allows you to be as efficient OUT of the office as in the office. A good lead would be a law firm or accounting firm.
