Sad, but true, summer has ended. But it is a new beginning to kick off business, and get a lot of work done. Fall is a great time to restart your business with LeTip!
We were honored to have Martin Ritter speak about Martin Ritter Construction, the groups contractor. He enjoys the large remodel construction jobs, but the smaller work keeps him humble, and his experience grows. From installing cabinetry, to mason work, restoration and design, and all that is in between, shows Martins versatile talents. There isn't much he can't handle!
Jack Ansley, of John H Ansley Portrait Studios in Devon, joined with his father in 1972. He began photographing the crew teams on the Schylkill River and from there, it's been forty years of pure talent! Evolving into the digital age, printing and now specializing in photo restoration work, along with his talents photographing landscapes ( over 5000 images in his files) and portraiture. Taking your images and putting them on a banner is his newest venture! What a great idea for your business, family reunion, and general advertising!

The first morning ever to have very cool weather, but the tips are warm here at Letip CCE!
Our first speaker was Dieter Enz, SCLI Painting. He is a scientist of color. A slide show of some of his work proves that he knows what color to use and where. he is very conscience of the clients tastes and knows what color paint to use to enhance the mood and living style of his environments. Using color in office settings to boost productivity in the workplace, knowing what colors are livable, and as an artist of color, he creates his own colors from scratch. Get Dieterized! Dieter Enz is a pro in his field.
Mike Dunn, Preservation Tree Company, is one of our newest members. He also presented a slide show of some of his work. His philosophy of his company shadows the experience he had learning from European tree professionals. Each member of his company is completely involved and know where and and what the process is. Mikes Organic Health Care System recirculates the cycle of nature and the forest. Mike's "green" passion shows in his work and trees love him!
Weds eve, The LeTip CCE relaxed at the John H Ansley Photography Studio with a modified version of "Lunch Bunch", an informal gathering of members and their spouses. It was a wonderful evening Enjoying the garden of the Ansley Studio in beautiful weather.

As the days of summer close, the heat is still on for tips here at LeTip!
Speakers were Scott Darling, Remax, and Craig Constable, Mass Mutual.
Scott walked us through the steps to being a good buyer. its very easy, when Scott takes care of all the details. #1, pick a house. #2 Let Scott do the rest. It is a very simple process when he is your realtor. And #3 Bring your checkbook, be ready to buy, because Scott does his research and you will most likely find a house and make an offer within four tries.
Craig Constable, of Mass Mutual knows that we all have elderly parents, and will become elderly ourselves. Considering Long Term Care not for just nursing care in the future, but the flexibility to be used for home care also. this is great for those who care for an elderly parent at home. Planning for the future maked living in the present more enjoyable.
While several categories are open in LeTip, the most sought after one is presently a banker. Consider your banker to join and open up a whole new sales force.
