LeTip Chester County East, the premier, referral networking group of Chester County, set the standard in the word-of-mouth referral industry. On Tuesday we welcomed back Jeannine Jubeck, NSCA-CPT, Fit to the Core personal trainer, for a 2nd visit!
NEW MEMBERS: LeTip CCE continues to grow its membership, which means more qualified tips for everyone! Recent additions include: Janet Raimondo of Heartland Payment Systems (credit card processing & payroll services); and Martin Ritter of Martin H. Ritter Construction Co. (general contractor). Welcome!
SPEAKERS: Greg Cazillo of DXCreative (Website design in West Chester PA) and Gary Siano of Guided Wealth Management (financial planner in Exton PA).
1st Speaker: Greg discussed the key features of a good Website, which includes: good visuals/photography, branded logo, Content Management System (CMS), online forms, and more! He can also setup an eNewsletter for regular updates pushed out to clients and prospects. A good referral is any individual or business interested in re-designing an existing Website or launching a new site.
2nd Speaker: Gary presented the three tiers of retirement and how this impacts retirement planning. In his financial planning process, Gary takes into consideration clients’ income -- such as Social Security, a paid-off mortgage and trips/gifts – as well as assets -- such as 401K, IRA and savings. Good leads are recently laid off folks who need to rollover their 401K, as well as those that are getting ready to retire.

Hello Tippers! LeTip Chester County East, the premier, referral networking group of Chester County, enjoyed the company of 3 guests: Jeannine Jubeck, NSCA-CPT, Fit to the Core personal trainer; Patrick Christensen, At Your Services business and lifestyle; and Jon Nestlerode, handyman / general contractor.

1st Speaker: Mark presented us with photos of Burkholder Brothers snow removal work from this past winter, as well as photos of recent landscaping, hardscaping and pool work. A good lead for Mark is a commercial property manager or homeowner interested in professional landscaping or maintenance work. Another lead would be a homeowner who would like to add to their outdoor deck / patio space, for example, with an outdoor fire pit or outdoor barbecue. Burkholder Brothers can also add a retaining wall of stone to prevent erosion or to terrace a hillside. Send your leads to Mark!
2nd Speaker: Sue enjoys working with a broad array of companies and schools that would like to increase brand awareness with logo’d promotional products. She will spend as much time as needed to research the right product for her clients, based on what products they sell or service they provide – or it may simply be a need for a popular product, like re-usable canvas bags. A good lead for Sue is a business or athletic facility interested in setting themselves apart from their competition, as well as educational institutions that wish to express their school spirit in unique and exciting ways.

1st Speaker: Scott B.’s presentation focused on how you can use less energy and save more money with various rebates, cash incentives and energy saving tips. For e.g, If you purchase an energy-efficient product or renewable energy system for your home, you may be eligible for a federal tax credit - 30% of cost up to $1,500 which expires 12/31. For more information, on this and other incentives, please view http://www.energystar.gov , http://www.pecosmartideas.com/ , http://www.keystonehelp.com/ , http://www.dsireusa.org/ . A good lead for Scott is a home owner or property/facility manager who is interested in exploring energy saving initiatives for the home or office.
2nd Speaker: Jack is interested in targeting office spaces in need of assistance with their decorating initiatives by selecting beautiful photos from Jack’s collection. Jack has over 3,000 stock photos that can be perused in selecting the right photos to display in the office space, based on the decorum. (And Bridget Hanley can frame these pictures. That’s 2 tips in 1!) Many of the photos are of Philly area scenes, so these pictures would be the perfect decorative touch for a local office space. A good lead for Jack is an office manager or facility manager of a local company that is moving into a new office space or is interested in re-decorating their existing office space.
